“Working for Nicky has been amazing. She is dynamic, professional and exciting and really recognises the benefit of employing parents in her company. She is flexible in terms of working patterns but also supports us to utilise the wide range of skills we acquired as full time workers. The Award will be judged by a panel of leading business women, very familiar with the challenges juggling a family and a career
The winners and runners-up will be announced at the live awards ceremony and sparkling celebratory reception on March 6.
